NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The public is hereby notified of the Proposed 2028 Schedule of Market Values (SMV)
for real properties located within the sixteen (16) municipalities of the Province of Capiz.
This notice is made pursuant to Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the
Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RVARA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
The proposed 2028 SMV is available for public viewing for a period of
two (2) weeks from March 12, 2026, to March 25, 2026, at the following locations:
- Official Website: https://www.capiz.gov.ph
- Provincial Capitol: Main Bulletin Board
- Municipal Halls: Bulletin Boards of the 16 municipalities
All concerned individuals, landowners, taxpayers, and interested parties are strongly encouraged
to read the proposed Schedule of Market Values and actively participate in the public consultations
or hearings two (2) weeks after the publication of this Notice.
Public engagement and participation are essential to ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness
in the property valuation process.
