- Tax Declaration
- Current Real Property Tax Receipt
- In case the applicant is not the Registered Owner of the lot, additional requirements:
- Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Lease/Sale/MOA.
- Duly notarized copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale.
- Duly notarized Authority or Consent to Construct from the Lot Owner.
- Lot Survey Plan, Duly Signed and Sealed by a Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
- In case the applicant is the Registered Owner of the lot:
- Other Supporting Documents, (as needed):
- Barangay Clearance.
- Log Book of the daily construction activities.
- Other clearances, affidavits, or undertakings that may be required to support the application.
OCCUPANCY PERMITS

- Duly notarized Certificate of Completion, in THREE (3) copies.
- Unified Application Form for Certificate of Occupancy, in THREE (3) copies.

Construction Logbook, signed and sealed by the Owner’s or Civil Engineer,
who undertook full-time inspection and supervision of the project. -
As-Built Plans, signed and sealed by the Owner’s Architect or Civil Engineer,
who undertook full-time inspection and supervision of the project. - Photocopy of the valid licenses of all involved Professionals, One (1) set.
- Captioned photographs of Site and Completed Building/Structure showing the front, sides and rear areas.
DEMOLITION PERMITS

- Duly notarized Application for Demolition, in THREE (3) copies.
- Certificate of Electrical Completion, duly signed by an Electrical Engineer.
- Certificate of Completion of the Building, duly signed by a Civil Engineer, or Architect.
